SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Highly efficient at preventing infiltration of contaminants.
• Can be integrated into standard SNG plummer blocks.
• Although bearings are sealed, relubrication is possible.

STRUCTURE

• Bore and outer diameter dimensions are equivalent to 222B series, width dimensions are wider.
(<100mm bore equivalent to 232 series).
• Internal design is equivalent to 222B series, therefore basic load ratings correspond to 222B series.
• Outer rings are provided with lubrication groove and holes as standard.
• Seals are designed to maintain ideal contact pressure with inner ring ribs, under misalignment up to ±0.5˚.
• Bearings are supplied packed 25-35˚ with Lithium/mineral oil grease (Alvania #3).
• Allowable operating temperature range -25 to120˚C.
