SUFFIX DESCRIPTION

GH Housing with grease hole drilled in base for relief of internal grease.
Commonly used when Felt or G seals require frequent relubrication. GH is drilled opposite to
housing cavity purge.
GN Housing with additional grease purge drilled on bearing centre line to enable lubrication
directly to bearings D1 lubrication groove. Purge size conforms to standard size for the
relevant housing.

GS Features of GN plus grease slot ground into housing bore to enable grease purging for
floating bearing applications. Length of slot based upon standard spacer ring width for the
relevant housing.
SPM Housing drilled and tapped for shock pulse monitoring sensor. Depends on size and
suitability of relevant housing.
