Transmission Bearing Company (TBC) was formed in the late
1960’s and commenced the design, manufacture and supply of
bearing housings to both Australian industry and international
mining sites.
TBC manufactures and stocks a wide range of standard split, solid
and special housings ranging in masses from 0.5kg to 3,000kg.
Our CNC machining capability also enables high volume compo-
nents to be produced from steel plate, steel bar and castings.

We also produce an extensive range of wire rope sheaves. TBC
is able to supply machined components assembled with bearings
and seals so as to provide a complete unit to meet customer’s
requirements.
Manufacturing is performed in accordance with our Quality
Assurance system conforming to ISO9002. Our drawing office is
able to advise on designs to suit your requirements. Improvements
in shaft sealing attachments is a specialty. Field engineers are able
to visit your site to evaluate your requirements.
